His photographic philosophy examines the history of our existence, the fragile and sometimes fleeting remains of the past, but refuses to give in to a false sense of nostalgia. His take on disappearance and forgetting reminds us of the ephemeral nature of existence. The common thread that runs through his series is the notion of physical and ancestral memory and together form a single body of work.
Jeremy was born in 1989 in the French Alps. He developed an interest in photography at a very young age through his grandfather, a reporter for a local newspaper. After completing an applied photography program at the art school ESMA (École Supérieure des Métiers Artistiques) in Montpellier, France, he moved to Paris.
